How saved choices and customer enquiries are handled.

What this site stores

The shortlist and comparison features use your browser's local storage to remember product IDs. They do not ask for your name, email address or payment details. Downloads are created on your device.

Website enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, message and any optional phone or product details you provide. These are sent through FormSubmit to NaiComp at Thebigmulla@gmail.com so we can respond to your enquiry. Your email is used as the reply address.

FormSubmit processes the submission and provides spam checking. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. NaiComp also receives a copy in its email inbox. You can contact us about your enquiry or request deletion of a message. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms.

Managing saved choices

Remove items from your shortlist or comparison page, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Browser privacy settings can prevent persistent saving; in that case choices last only until you leave the page.

Hosting and third parties

The site uses Vercel and a private application server to deliver pages, product information and images. Hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the service. This site adds no advertising pixels or analytics trackers.

Staff accounts

Staff sign-in uses a necessary secure session cookie. Staff account details and catalogue change history are stored to manage access and product updates. Staff sign-in email addresses are separate from the public customer contact address. The finder keeps your answers on the current page; it does not send them to an external recommendation service.

Calls and WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us, your call is handled by your phone provider and WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp. A WhatsApp link opens a draft message; you choose whether to send it. Sending a shortlist shares the products you selected and their guide prices with NaiComp.
